Black Female Doctors U.K. is the largest UK non-profit Organisation of Black Female Doctors in the field of Medicine, Surgery, Dentistry, STEAM (Science, Technology, Arts & Mathematics) founded in 2020. We are committed to increasing positive representation, diversity, and inclusion of Black women doctors and aspiring doctors.We aim to unite, support and empower Black Female doctors as they navigate through their various career paths through university and postgraduate training thus ensuring professional excellence, professional and personal development. We aspire to achieve this through shared learning, networking, mentorship, advocacy and wellbeing measures. We strive to create a platform that enables outstanding growth, which benefits not only individuals but also the community at large.Our goal is to promote diversity, inclusion and ensure equal opportunity for all and a diverse network that will better reflect and serve the community at large.
